最近跟幾個朋友一起在倫敦弄一個展覽，雖然我的部落格非常的小眾

近二十年，拍賣市場捧紅了一些中國當代藝術家，日本新生代及中生代的藝術家藉由媒體
和精品，大大在國際上曝光；韓國當代藝術在其政府及企業的扶植下，也展現出其不可忽
視的光芒……。

台灣當代藝術，我們的版圖在哪裡？

+8是一群熱愛藝術的人所組成的團隊，成員皆為旅居英國的台灣人，擁有博物館、策展、藝術評論
、藝術教育、活動規劃、新聞、廣告和視覺工程等專業背景，希望將台灣當代藝術的豐富面貌，以
不同的媒介介紹給英國。

+8 目前正籌劃一個展覽，準備邀請在英國的台灣藝術家與我們合作，希望能提供一個視角，讓英國
對台灣當代藝術的面貌有一個更加清晰的了解。如果你是藝術家，或是你認識適合的藝術家，歡迎
自薦／推薦。

徵件對象：
- 台灣國籍，或是出...身自台灣移民家庭的後代
- 目前居住或就讀於英國的優先考慮
- 藝術家，不限媒材，不限年齡，並有一定的展覽經歷

申請辦法：
請列明以下項目，並附上作品照片五張（以jpg格式，不得小於300k，並在檔案名稱中說明作品名稱）
，若為影音作品請附上連結網址，於五月十四日前寄到 submissions@plus-8.com

策展團隊將會從申請人中邀請適合的藝術家，在五月二十日前通知。

Call for Taiwanese Artists

Over the past two decades, East Asian art has increasingly attracted attention. Chinese contemporary art has become a phenomenon in the world’s auction houses. Japanese artists have gained remarkable exposure through the mass media and international high-end brands. Government and business have actively supported South Korean artists in raising their profile in the art world. Now we are asking, what about Taiwanese contemporary art?

+8 is an organisation that aims to promote Taiwanese art in the UK. Its eight members are Taiwanese young professionals living or studying in the UK. Their backgrounds are various: museum management, curating, art criticism, arts education, event management, journalism, advertising and visual effects.

+8 is now organising an exhibition which aims to present a snapshot of Taiwanese contemporary art to UK audiences.

We are looking for artists who…
- are of Taiwanese nationality, or a UK citizen of Taiwanese parentage;
- are living or studying in the UK;
- have exhibition experience.

We welcome proposals from artists of all ages and using any media.

Please note that your images should not be any smaller than 300k, and please state the title of the artwork as the name of the file. If
