To kill a mocking bird

本來想要睡了，聽到老湯姆這張專輯中的Mock'in Bird，懷舊情緒就開始高張起來。這首歌裡的口哨我全部會吹喔，雖然吹到高音的地方氣會有點不夠，但算是我的口哨中的佳作。

專輯沒有帶來，ipod裡應該有，但最近裝了一個方便聽音樂的軟體，搜尋一下雖沒整張，但The Early Years的vol 1 跟2都有好幾首可以聽。不覺得老湯姆的音樂就是很適合煙圈、很適合酒吧、很適合威士忌嗎？

雖然把這兩張聽到滾瓜爛熟的那一年，沒有酒吧也沒有威士忌，只有很多很苦悶的寫碩士論文的夜晚，只有一個常常跟學長好友打混的研究室，但這麼多年後，一切想起來都包圍著一圈光暈的美好，不管是學長剛收到朋友送的520紀念紅心香菸略帶噁心的甜膩味，還是傍晚大家一直吃不膩的影印班長對面的My麵屋（好啦，也許只有我吃不膩而已）。

過了差不多十年的現在，我居然在一個有很多酒吧很多威士忌很多手捲菸的國度，再一遍遍重複聽著Mock'in Bird，就是很懷念的感覺。那一年常聽的好多音樂，一直聽著聽著地過了十年，但有些舊舊的感覺還是留在記憶裡的The Early Years。
